“Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed” (Proverb 15:22).  This week the Elder Council received the Caleb Report from IGC related to readiness for a facilities capital campaign.  Pray for wisdom as we review the advice that was developed on the basis of input from the DCC/DCS constituency.
